So, Dr. Paul flew across the country for one night to be on the Tonight Show. I think it was well worth the trip despite his duties in New Hampshire. Leno gives Dr. Paul plenty of air time and allows him to actually defend the attacks on him as some sort of extremist isolationist because of his views on the war (that we haven’t declared yet), and why 9/11 really happened. You can hear the audience’s enthusiastic support when Dr. Paul speaks. The mainstream media likes to act as if Dr. Paul is some fringe element, but if Leno’s audience’s reaction to his comments are any indication, the country may be more awake than we typically give them credit for. This is encouraging.
